Please can I ask you to pass on my sincere appreciation to Stewart and Dave in giving me what I think is a fabulous new bedroom and dressing room area and for beautifully refurbishing both the ensuite and main bathroom. I am very pleased for their introduction to Rob Andrews to undertake the tiling - he was also very kind and helpful and with his suggestions, together we've created 2 lovely bathrooms. During the course of all the various works undertaken, Stewart and Dave have both been incredibly kind and have helped me to make decisions along the way which have resulted in a successful and very pleasing end result - I love it! I do believe that without their help, my bedroom would not look as good as it does today and for their input and guidance, I'm extremely grateful.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to say a very big "thank you" to Eric Young - no relation by the way - for being my "fitter". Right from the outset, Eric and I hit it off and during the course of the works undertaken, I think we got on very well together (the fact we like the same kind of music probably helps too..). I try very hard to be an easy going person to work with…. but I do like things to be done properly and without me realising it, after only a few hours into the job, Eric had sussed me out and instinctively knew what I expected to happen in relation to the work being done. I was also very pleased when he asked me for my opinion about certain aspects of the fitting rather than blindly going ahead, irrespective of whether it suited me or not and I was also grateful for his suggestions where he thought it would make for a better outcome for my personal use. I quickly came to trust Eric implicitly knowing he was doing a really good job on my behalf. I could not have wished for a better fitter to undertake my new bedroom and dressing room - I wouldn't have changed him for the world!
I do hope that should I decide to go ahead and have a new kitchen at some point in the near future, that if Eric was ok with it - and of course, if he was available - that he might be persuaded to come back and be my fitter again.

I am writing to say a BIG thank you to you and your team for doing such an incredible job for us under what you know were very difficult circumstances.
Whilst I was tearing my hair out you were so supportive, patient and efficient. We are thrilled with the result.
All your staff that we dealt with worked really hard, especially John the fitter who always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.
We are now looking forward to choosing new furniture (hope you have a sale on?) to complete the house.
We wish you and your wife continued success in the future.
